Search Statistics

The Search Statistics section provides insights into how users interact with your website’s search functionality. Here’s what you can analyze:

  • Key Metrics: At the top, you’ll find the total number of searches, clicks, and sales generated from search activity for the selected date range. Each metric displays its percentage change compared to the previous period, along with:

    • CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of searches that resulted in a click.
    • CR (Conversion Rate): The percentage of searches that resulted in a sale.
  • Top Searches: A list of the most frequent search queries entered by users, along with the number of times each term was searched. This helps you understand what products or information your visitors are looking for.

  • Top Clicks: Shows the products that received the most clicks from search results, including product names and the number of clicks. This highlights which products are most attractive to users after searching.

  • No Results: Displays search terms that returned no results, helping you identify gaps in your product catalog or opportunities to improve your search experience.

  • Metrics by Period (Line Chart): Visualizes the daily trends for searches, clicks, sales, and no-result queries over the selected period. You can toggle each metric on or off to focus on specific trends.

  • Searches by Country (Map): A world map highlighting the geographic distribution of searches, allowing you to see where your users are searching from. Countries with higher search activity are shaded more prominently.

These analytics help you optimize your search functionality, identify popular and missing products, and understand user behavior across different regions.

Visual Search photos

The Visual Search photos section displays a gallery of images that users have uploaded or interacted with using the visual search feature. This section helps you understand how users are leveraging image-based search on your website.

  • Image Gallery: Shows a grid of recent images used in visual searches, including product photos, user-uploaded images, and other relevant visuals. Some images may be pixelated or blurred to protect user privacy.

  • Image Details: Clicking on an image opens a larger preview with additional details, such as the upload date and time. This allows you to review the context and content of visual searches performed by users.

  • Pagination: If there are many images, pagination controls at the bottom let you browse through multiple pages of visual search activity.

This section provides valuable insights into the types of images your users are searching with, helping you optimize your catalog and improve the visual search experience.
