Custom recommendations

General​

In the Custom recommendations page you can override the recommendations made by the AI for a product with the products you choose from the catalogue.

List​

In the first page you can see the personalized recommendations you have set up.

Add a custom recommendation​

Click on the "Add recommendations" button to create a new personalized recommendation. Choose the product you want to overwrite in the top pane, and the products to recommend in the bottom pane. Click the "Create" button to save the settings.

Edit a custom recommendation​

From the list, click on the cog icon to edit a personalized recommendation. Choose the product you want to overwrite in the top pane, and the products to recommend in the bottom pane. Click the "Update" button to save the settings.

Delete a custom recommendation​

From the list, click on the trash icon to delete a personalized recommendation.
