Mail settings

The Mail settings section allows you to configure how Visidea sends emails and integrates with popular email marketing platforms.

SMTP Configuration​

You can set up SMTP details to control how emails are sent from your website. The available options include:

  • Type: Choose the email sending method (e.g., SMTP).
  • From / From name: Set the sender's email address and display name.
  • Reply to / Reply to name: Set the reply-to email address and display name.
  • SMTP host, username, password, port, and security: Enter the details for your SMTP server, including authentication and encryption (SSL/TLS) options.

Email Marketing Platform Integration​

Visidea supports integration with major email marketing platforms. You can connect your account and sync user data or mailing lists by providing the required API keys and list IDs for:

  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)
  • Mailup
  • Mailchimp

After entering your configuration, click Save Configuration to apply your changes.

Note: Make sure your SMTP and API credentials are correct to ensure successful email delivery and integration.
